Illustration is enjoyable on it's own, but sometimes there is an assignment that also serves a green purpose, and makes it more worthwhile. This particular illustration explains how seaweed is being tested to see if it can break down petrochemicals in estuaries. It was used by Professor Don Cheney of the Northeastern University in Boston, MA to explain his research.
